This is an interactive and challenging programme. Participants will take part in 1-1 videoed role-plays of realistic negotiations, team enactments of major case studies, discussion, team and pair exercises and sub-group work.
Negotiation skills programmes are offered on a tailored course basis in English or in Turkish with experienced Turkish trainers. We also offer open negotiation skills courses.
Tailoring the ProgrammeFor each of our tailored course clients, we research and design a special case study based on their sector and their own company’s negotiating activities. The participants will be asked to fill in a needs analysis questionnaire and the programme will be modified according to the needs expressed.
