Whatever the starting point – an individual’s own perception; a challenge arising from a change of role; a performance review – we agree goals with the coachee and the organisation. We also agree a finite programme; coaching should not be open-ended, although flexibility within a framework is needed.
More over we also provide group coaching to reinforce the awareness of targeted competencies and encourage the participants to practice the in business life.
