It is the defining requirement of a manager and one which most new managers and many experienced ones find very challenging.

Crossroads helps develop the people and performance management and leadership skills of both experienced and new managers. We understand the concerns and gaps of new managers. And we have considerable experience of working with experienced managers who need to adapt their style to meet the needs of the organisation.

Our aim is to enable them to manage and lead individuals and teams more successfully.

   
Our Programmes

 We have created and run training on many management skills, shown in the four areas below.

Our workshops and seminars are tailored to the level of experience and the needs of our client’s managers and potential managers. To meet the need we select and combine modules focused on different management skills. Some of the most common combinations are shown under “Most frequently run programmes”.
